Meet the Founder

Hey Sis! My name is Ashley, Founder of Black Women Connect, owner of a thriving 6-figure business, and advocate for black women in Business! 

I started Black Women Connect because I personally know how challenging it is to navigate the journey of transforming your passion and talent into a thriving business. I wanted to create a safe community for Black Women Entrepreneurs to connect and learn from one another.

This community is for Black Boss Babes that are serious about not only starting a business but are also focused on growing a successful, thriving business, all while creating meaningful relationships with other like-minded Business Owners!
